General Terms and Conditions (AGB)<\/h1>\n<\/header>\n

General<\/strong>
\nTechnology Consulting Solutions GmbH only conducts training courses and guarantees the topics listed. For many customers, these represent one of the necessary bases for the appointment of a qualification such as EiP, ESfdt, FfHV etc.; however, the appointment itself is expressly not made by Technology Consulting Solutions GmbH or its trainers, but regularly by those responsible in each case, e.g. the employer of the course participants. All our offers are purely B2B offers and exclusively for business customers in accordance with Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
\nAspects not listed in these GTC are regulated regularly in accordance with the usual rules of the German Civil Code (BGB) and the customary industry procedure in good faith within the meaning of Section 242 BGB<\/a>. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are net prices plus VAT. <\/p>\n

A. Conditions of participation and booking for free seminars offered by Technology Consulting Solutions GmbH<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. seminar registration<\/strong>
\nEach participant registers bindingly via the portal of the homepage tcs-gmbh.net or tcs-engineering.de. Each participant will receive a confirmation of registration by email. If you do not receive a confirmation within 20 hours, please send us a short email stating your name.
\nBy registering, you accept all conditions of participation, including the data protection regulations discussed below.
\nCancellation is possible free of charge up to 60 days before the start of the seminar; up to 30 days before the start of the seminar, the cancellation fee is 20% of the normal price. Thereafter, the cancellation fee is equal to the seminar fee.
\nIf a substitute participant (who takes over the booked place) is named for the fully booked event, no cancellation fees will be charged even if the participant cancels at short notice; the substitute participant thus assumes all rights and obligations of the original booker. This also includes the retention of any discounts, such as an early booking discount, but not special conditions such as special discounts for subscription or regular customers. Acceptance by the substitute shall only be deemed to have been completed once the latter has expressly agreed to the takeover.<\/p>\n

2. seminar fees and prices<\/strong>
\nThe listed price is to be understood as a net price plus VAT and includes the costs of the seminar, documents distributed and sent by email, use of the seminar room including the services offered in each case as well as the certificates issued in each case. Partial participation in the seminar or failure to pass any final examinations does not entitle the participant to a price reduction. Individual offers have priority over the respective valid prices from the non-binding recommendation of our price list<\/a> and represent the actual proposal of a possible offer.
\nIf certain services are not included in the price, these are not mandatory, but represent an additional, voluntary offer and must be made visible as such by the seminar provider.
\nThe participation fee is due upon registration. The combination of any discounts – where permissible – is multiplicative and not additive, i.e. it refers to the previously discounted price and not to the base price.<\/p>\n

3. liability<\/strong>
\nTechnology Consulting Solutions GmbH reserves the right to cancel the booked seminars if the minimum number of participants is not reached up to 14 days before the start of the seminar at the latest. As a customer, you naturally have the free choice of preferential rebooking to another date or a full refund of any seminar fees already paid.
\nIn the event of speaker cancellation or other reasons for seminar cancellation for which the organizer is not responsible, all participants will be informed immediately by email. In this case, Technology Consulting Solutions GmbH will endeavor to find alternatives. There are no further claims against Technology Consulting Solutions GmbH. This also applies to any adjustments to the seminar content, necessary changes of date or location.<\/p>\n

4. data protection<\/strong>
\nParticipants agree that their personal data may be processed and stored electronically for the purpose of conducting the seminar, including the sending of information, documents or contact relating to the booked seminar. Technology Consulting Solutions GmbH is obliged to treat this data confidentially and not to pass it on to third parties unless requested by the participant or agreed to on request. In addition, the general data protection guidelines of this website apply.<\/p>\n

B. Conditions of participation and booking for in-house seminars of Technology Consulting Solutions GmbH<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. booking<\/strong>
\nA booking by email, telephone, fax, letter or in person is binding as soon as it has been made and is made according to the usual rules between merchants.<\/p>\n

2. provision by the customer<\/strong>
\nUnless otherwise agreed, the customer must provide the seminar room, flipchart, projector, peripherals and necessary tools and equipment.<\/p>\n

3. liability<\/strong>
\nTechnology Consulting Solutions GmbH reserves the right to cancel booked seminars in the event of a speaker cancellation or for other reasons for which the organizer is not responsible.
\nIn the event of a seminar cancellation, the customer will be informed immediately by email. In this case, Technology Consulting Solutions GmbH will endeavor to find alternatives. There are no further claims against Technology Consulting Solutions GmbH.<\/p>\n

4. data protection<\/strong>
