    FAQ on the prices of (ev) high voltage, battery VDE/IEC and photovoltaic training courses

    Yes, if you want to book a course – whether (ev) high voltage, battery or photovoltaic – with just one, two or three participants, this is of course possible. The price is also reduced accordingly by the small group discount. We will also be happy to send you a binding offer in individual cases.

    Yes, we only charge for the group size that has actually taken part. So if you have booked for a regular group size and from the start of the training there are fewer participants, we are happy to apply the small group discount (up to 6 people) or the smallest group discount (up to 4 people). This must be communicated by the start of the course at the latest.

    Yes, of course that’s fine. If you have booked a course according to the price list (e.g. (ev) high voltage, battery or photovoltaic qualification), you only pay the minimum amount for up to four people as long as no more people take part. Even if you originally booked more. It is irrelevant whether the participant is ill or urgently needs to be deployed elsewhere: We only charge the participants who have actually taken part.

    Yes, the above-mentioned costs are included in the courses according to the price list within Germany. For training courses abroad, you will receive a corresponding offer that also includes these costs.
    For certificate courses (e.g. (ev) high voltage training courses in accordance with DGUV I 209-093), you will receive a digital certificate for each participant.

    Yes, it doesn’t matter whether the training takes place in German or English, the price is identical. If other languages are desired, which are not spoken by the trainer but require an interpreter, the interpreter costs will be added. However, you are also welcome to provide your own interpreters.

    Yes, if trainers are available, it is of course primarily your preferred dates that we use as a basis for planning the course. Our prices are independent of this.

    Each course has a price and can accommodate up to 12 participants. However, if you only have a small group, we offer discounts for small groups. If there are up to 6 people the small group discount applies and up to 4 people the small group discount applies.

    According to the price list, yes. For some courses, these discounts are limited to an online version. This applies in particular to courses that can be implemented 100% online and only last one or two days or even just a few hours. If you would still like to have an on-site course in this case, this is possible, but we do not offer a discount according to group size and we also have a surcharge in the price list for the particularly short courses, as we can only send a trainer to you for half a day at the regular price to a limited extent. You will find this very clearly listed in the price list.

    Yes, we will offer you different packages for the volume offer, depending on the volume.
    The minimum volume for a volume offer is 50 training days (trainer days) per calendar year.

    All bookable individual training courses – whether ev) high voltage, battery or photovoltaic – have a respective course price per course and usually offer a small group discount or micro-group discount, depending on the number of participants. This price then applies per course.
    The volume courses have individual prices that only depend on the number of training days (trainer days). So it doesn’t matter whether a training course has four or twelve participants, as long as the volume limits and time periods are adhered to.

    In this case, we will simply bill you according to the next smaller volume package, as if you had booked this from the outset. If you have already booked the smallest volume package and fall short of this in the call-off, we will either bill (correcting) according to the current price list or charge the minimum volume, whichever is cheaper.

    Yes, the prices apply to all topics and all courses – whether (ev) high voltage, battery, general VDE/IEC or photovoltaics. We would also be happy to send you a written offer for this in individual cases.

    Yes, of course that’s fine. The sum of the days of all the training courses you have selected should match the package you have booked. The same applies to the number of weeks. For example, the “L” package comprises 5 times 5 training days. This means a total of 25 training days, which can be divided into 5 training weeks. These are to be implemented within the specified 90-day performance window. In this case, you can therefore divide up to 25 training days completely freely over up to 5 calendar weeks. These five training weeks must be completed within 90 days.

    For courses outside Germany, we offer package prices or individual offers depending on the country. As these assignments involve different costs depending on the destination and course duration, please send us an inquiry.

    The best and most important questions often come after the training, often only then in your everyday practice. We provide the Columbo-guarantee; if “one more little question” arises: write to us! Whether a week or a year later: we are always happy to hear from our participants and are happy to help.

    All courses in the training package may have a maximum of 12 participants per course.
