FAQ on the prices of (ev) high voltage, battery and photovoltaic training courses in Switzerland

Yes, the prices apply to all topics and all courses – whether (ev) high voltage, battery, general VDE/IEC or photovoltaics. We will also be happy to send you a binding offer in individual cases.

Yes, of course that’s fine. The sum of the days of all the training courses you have selected should match the package you have booked.

Yes, the costs mentioned are included in the courses according to the price list within Germany.
You will receive a digital certificate for each participant for certificate courses (e.g. (ev) high voltage training courses according to DGUV I 209-093).

Yes, it doesn’t matter whether the training takes place in German or English, the price is identical. If other languages are desired, which are not spoken by the trainer but require an interpreter, the interpreter costs will be added. However, you are also welcome to provide your own interpreters.

Yes, if trainers are available, it is of course primarily your preferred dates that we use as a basis for planning the course. Our prices are independent of this.

Imagine you have booked ten days of training in the “M-Standard” package, but it is not possible to implement the training exactly within two weeks because a single day does not work out – either because it is a public holiday, your employees are urgently needed elsewhere or simply because vacation is planned. In this case, you can postpone package M by one day. The trainer will then come back for another day on the Monday of the third week.
These “Break & Proceed” days must be taken into account directly when scheduling the training.

The best and most important questions often come after the training, often only then in your everyday practice. We give the Columbo-guarantee; if “one more little question” arises: write to us! Whether a week or a year later: we are always happy to hear from our participants and are happy to help.

All courses may have a maximum of 12 participants.

Yes, simply discuss with us where in Switzerland the courses should take place. If your package includes a change of location, you can change the location of the course within Switzerland once.
